A Cleaner Cup

Fluid-air-bed roasting suspends beans in a vertical column of hot air, heating them evenly and consistently. The result is a cleaner, brighter cup - no scorching, no uneven development.

A Cleaner Kitchen

As hot air flows upward through the bean bed, it carries chaff - the thin skin that separates from the bean during roasting - directly into the built-in chaff chimney. Empty it after each roast in seconds. With minimal moving parts, maintenance is virtually zero.
