Crafted from two varietals—Caturra, known for its bright, lively acidity, and Typica, with warm chocolate, nut, and subtle spice notes—this lot is a testament to GTNay’s dedication and expertise.

Stretching from Mexico’s Pacific Coast to the Sierra Madre Mountains, Nayarit is a region rich in volcanic soil, elevation, and microclimates—perfect conditions for exceptional coffee. As a cooperative, GTNay empowers its members with shared resources, collective bargaining power, and long-term community resilience.

Innovation at the Roots
At GTNay’s headquarters in Tepic, a unique bio-factory produces organic soil enhancers, fertilizers, and pest control solutions. In 2023, for the first time, these were applied directly to the base of coffee trees—leading to significantly improved yields and healthier crops.
